1. Acceptable use. You may not use this service to create, host or distribute links to phishing pages, credential-harvesting sites, malware, ransomware, spyware, scams, fraud, spam campaigns, harassment, content that is illegal in the United Kingdom, or material that sexually exploits or endangers minors. Attempting to disguise, cloak or obscure a destination in order to deceive a visitor is expressly prohibited.

2. Automated abuse. Automated or scripted creation of links, circumvention of the rate limit, and any attempt to probe, scan, overload or compromise this service are prohibited.

3. No warranty. This service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. It may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.

4. Third-party destinations. Shortened links point to destinations submitted by users. Veriza does not create, control, endorse, monitor or verify that content, and accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for it. Following any link is entirely at your own risk. An interstitial page always shows you the destination before you continue — check it.

5. Removal. Any link may be removed, disabled or refused at any time, for any reason, without notice and without liability.

6. Logging and reporting. Submissions are logged, including IP address, timestamp and destination. Where abuse is suspected, this information may be retained, acted upon, and disclosed to law enforcement or other competent authorities.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veriza and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or business, arising from use of, or inability to use, this service or any linked destination — including harm caused by user-submitted content.

8. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veriza and its operator against any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of this service or your breach of these terms.

9. Reporting abuse. Suspected abuse can be reported from the interstitial page shown before every redirect. Reported links are reviewed and may be removed.
